Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

It was so much fun to have at are base camp, in the back county. You get tired of the same old things being served every time you go in for a male. So this was a really nice change. We got everyone to made their own pizza which was fun to watch. This propane pizza oven is ideal for camping, family outings,backyard BBQing and just a change from the same old thing. It came with everything you needed to get started. No assembly was required. It came with the propane adapter hose for the oven to the propane tank recipe instructions and a very nice cover for the oven itself. We really have enjoyed this. It will definitely be a must go in our campout food box for the backcountry. We have unleashed a pizza monster when it comes to being able to make pizza now on the mountain. We are very happy with this product and we hope that many other people will be as well. I got this for My husband for Father's Day, I have recommended this to all of our friends and families.
